Packing day, again.

It's packing day again. I know I know u guys must been wondering when I'm going to finish wth the packing and saying, 'banyaknye barang makcik nih!'. First n foremost I only do the packng on weekend. Second, tak la bny brg, but packing stuff for four people, stuff that we have for almost 4 yrs, boleh tahan juga laa.. Picture above showing atang's stuff ONLY. Another group of packed boxes are stored in a room. We have about 50 percnt more of stuff to be packed.

Roti canai only in Brisbane

'Mamak, roti telur satu, kosong satu. Kari ikan, sambal, asing'. Perghh... Macam sarapan kat mamak aje pagi nie.
Ya pekenalkan roti canai dan murtabak daging, only in Brisbane. Ada kawan br mula berniaga, kami pun order la hr nie. Puas hati makan, murtabak dia besar. Banyaknye makan, hahaha, murtabak tu utk bwk bekal, bwk yaya dan adik jalan-jalan harinie. Den pun nak hilangkan stress, macam2 ujian minggu nie.

Messy

It's packing day again today. My duty is to pack clothes, atang is doing his audio stuff and kakak was incharged of some cleaning. Adik is tailing atang n me around, hoping that we will ask for her help. Poor adik, she has a flu, frequently wiping her nose on her tshirt. Yikes!

A heartiest breakfast

A partial american breakfast this morning. This weekends we have open house invitations. There was one yesterday, today we have two. Orang kata empty ur stomach to give room for the food. But I don't want to take the risk, especially for the first event today, when the organiser are expecting 800 people to come. Perghhh...

Bertapa di garage

Dah berhari-hari hujan sekejap2 dan mendung, alhamdullillah hari nie sedikit cerah. Budak2 pun asyik terperap di rumah aje, maka harinie bg diorg main scooter kat bwh, den bleh buat keje kat dlm garage.

Monopoly on her bday

Yaya is 8 today. Alhamdullillah. Kami doakan yg terbaik utk yaya, kesihatan berpanjangan, kejayaan dunia dan akhirat.
Den amik cuti arinie, baked a choc cake for tea time, and soon to cook her fav chicken rice. Now all four of us are playing the monopoly, the oz edition. This edition pakai credit card maa, no cash.

Despicable me

Our, perhaps, the last movie @ cinema here. We are now watchng the movie for celebratng yaya turning 8 tomorrow.

Spring cleaning

The moving boxes we ordered arrived on friday. Yesterday we hv started packing some of our things, we have packed eight boxes. Today is cleaning day, there will be an inspection on Tuesday that is also open for potential new tenants. That dirty tissues were from cleaning a window in one room. Since we moved in, tak pernah cuci tingkap, tu yg bekepuk abuk itam. Next, cuci oven. Oleh sebab tu, tak dapat la kami g open house arinie.

Classroom open day

A week has past after the 1st day of raya. I hv yet to start with the puasa 6. Atang has already completed 4 days. I will try nxt monday, insyaAllah.
Today is the last day of school for term 3. So this morning we were at yaya's classroom for they are having an open day for the parents to come and look at the childrens' school work. I took this as the opportunity to take pictures of yaya wth her classroom teacher n friends.

At the Botanical Garden

I have a meeting wth the thesis reviewer today. Since atang is working today, I hv requested the reviewer to meet at the park, so that adik can ran around wthout interrupting the discussn.
It is a nice change, working under a tree, fresh air, clear sky but the wind is pretty strong. I loike.

Syawal Day 2: the breakfast

Wahh.... Semalam penat betul, ramai betul serbu open house kami, tak menang tangan dibuatnye. Tapi alhamdullillah semua selesai dah. Adik pun ngamuk la sbb penat sgt, kami pun terpaksa balik awal, tak smpt nak tolong tuan rumah dan kengkawan kemas umah.
Skrg tgh bfast, lauk open house yg ada lebih, nasi lemak n kuah kacang. Jap lg nak g raya, nak makan puas2 haha, smlm tak puas mkn, yela sibuk jamu org. Dpt beraya dua rumah aje smlm.

Alhamdullillah, the weather is so great today. Not that cold, a bit chilly, but sunny. Why waste ur time at home?
Am sittin in the car parked in front of the garage, watchng the kids riding bicycle n scooters.

Chicken rice the best in town

We end our day wth dinner at Little Malaysia. The kids n atang are having Hainan Chicken Rice, the best in town. And I'm having kung po chicken, always my favourite.

There goes another weekend. Just one day in a week tp spend quality time with the family. Wish I have more days in a week to walk under the sun, jump around, laughing our heart out and just having fun with my beautiful family.
